Mixing plants and silos

We automate the reception and storage of raw materials and finished products, silos, mills and mixed animal feed. We design and manufacture control systems according to the client's technical requirements with a "turnkey" system.

We adjust and monitor product flow capacities through the load of conveyors and work machines (mills, mixers, presses, extruders) in order to maximize efficiency. Easy and comprehensive monitoring of all processes is carried out through SCADA systems adapted to each operator. In designing and executing, we adhere to European standards and good practice. We use the latest generation technologies and use equipment from renowned manufacturers.

We integrate all processes through SCADA systems, including data management systems, databases and archives, as well as integration with MES and ERP systems.
